1. Grant of License Subject to payment and compliance with this agreement, the Licensor grants the purchaser (“Licensee”) a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display the Licensed Work as permitted under the terms below. 

2. Permitted Uses Licensee may: – Use the 3D model in personal or commercial projects, including films, animations, architectural visualizations, and VR/AR applications. – Modify or adapt the 3D model to suit their needs. 

3. Prohibited Uses Licensee may not: – Resell, redistribute, or relicense the 3D model in its original or modified form, either alone or bundled, through any platform or service. – Offer the 3D model as a downloadable file (e.g., as part of a website template, 3D asset pack, or software). – Use the 3D model in any way that promotes unlawful activity. – Use the model in a way that could imply endorsement by the Licensor. 

4. Ownership The 3D model remains the intellectual property of the Licensor. Licensee gains only the rights specifically granted in this EULA. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved by the Licensor. 

5. No Warranty The Licensed Work is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the 3D model. 

6. Termination This license will automatically terminate if the Licensee breaches any of the terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Licensed Work. By purchasing or downloading the Licensed Work, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
